13.3.1.3 Idiopathic nervus intermedius neuralgia

Description:

Nervus intermedius neuralgia with no evidence either of neurovascular compression or of causative underlying disease.

Diagnostic criteria:
  1. Recurrent paroxysms of unilateral pain fulfilling criteria for 13.3.1 Nervus intermedius neuralgia
  2. Investigations have found neither neurovascular compression nor an underlying disease known to be able to cause 13.3.1.2 Secondary nervus intermedius neuralgia
  3. Not better accounted for another ICHD-3 diagnosis.
