Description:
Nervus intermedius neuralgia with no evidence either of neurovascular compression or of causative underlying disease.
Diagnostic criteria:
- Recurrent paroxysms of unilateral pain fulfilling criteria for 13.3.1 Nervus intermedius neuralgia
- Investigations have found neither neurovascular compression nor an underlying disease known to be able to cause 13.3.1.2 Secondary nervus intermedius neuralgia
- Not better accounted for another ICHD-3 diagnosis.
