Description:
Attacks of paroxysmal hemicrania occurring in periods lasting from 7 days to one year, separated by pain-free periods lasting at least 3 months.
Diagnostic criteria:
- Attacks fulfilling criteria for 3.2 Paroxysmal hemicrania and occurring in bouts
- At least two bouts lasting from 7 days to 1 year (when untreated) and separated by pain-free remission periods of ≥3 months.
