Diagnostic criteria:
- Any headache fulfilling criteria C and D
- Trauma or injury to the head and/or neck of a type not described above has occurred
- Evidence of causation demonstrated by either or both of the following:
- headache has developed in close temporal relation to the trauma or injury
- other evidence exists of causation by the trauma or injury
- Either of the following:
- headache has resolved within 3 months after its onset
- headache persists but 3 months have not yet passed since its onset
- Not better accounted for by another ICHD-3 diagnosis.
